Our lead auditor, Anne Crummy, has worked in the Service Industry for 40 years and knows the industry well. She also has many years experience of conducting safety audits for a leading multinational company and is well respected in her own right.
Anne is Qualified to City & Guilds 7307 standard, has the Hotel and Catering Training Board TDLB-D32 qualification to assess candidate performance and is registered with the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health as a Trainer.
